Plants need adequate mineral nutrition, and meaningful deficiencies can reduce biomass and flower production. However, increasing fertilizer concentration continuously does not produce a proportional increase in yield.

Root health supports crop performance
Nutrients contribute to growth only when the root environment allows the plant to use them effectively. Moisture, oxygen, temperature, EC, pH, irrigation frequency and drainage all influence root-zone performance.
A crop showing weak growth does not always require more fertilizer.
Yield and irrigation are closely connected
Every irrigation event affects nutrient delivery, substrate moisture, oxygen, EC movement and drainage. This relationship is especially important in Coco and Rockwool.
The right nutrient solution with the wrong irrigation strategy can still create undesirable root-zone conditions.

During flowering, crop demand and cultivation priorities change. Professional programs may combine appropriate base nutrition, stage-specific nutrient management, controlled irrigation, environmental optimization and flowering-support products where relevant.
