
Why A and B are kept separate
At high concentration, certain mineral combinations can react and form compounds that are less soluble. Splitting the concentrate allows the manufacturer to keep incompatible components apart until they are diluted in water.
Never mix concentrates together directly
Add A to water and mix thoroughly before adding B. Do not pour concentrated A and B together in a measuring jug, dosing line or storage vessel.
Matched dosing matters
A and B are designed as a coordinated base system. If the schedule calls for equal A and B rates, both components should be dosed consistently. The Facility & Order Calculator therefore groups A & B as matched order sets.
Dosing systems need the same discipline
Facilities using injectors or stock tanks should keep A and B concentrates physically separate until each enters the irrigation stream at the intended dilution.
Think in systems, not individual bottles
For purchasing and operations, treat A & B as one base-nutrient system with two components. This reduces mistakes in inventory, mixing and crop execution.
